Over the moon! Not your typical dealership I purchased a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Northway Automotive and I will tell you to look no further. I worked with Basia who was not aggressive and very honest. She allowed my family mechanic to test drive several excellent cars. It was not an easy decision picking which one I liked best. We test drove a few Subarus and finally the Hybrid which I fell in love with because it was roomy and seemed like the best option for the winter. The asking price was already astonishingly well below market value and I didn't have to worry about negotiating. Paul, Donna, Chris and Basia worked as a team to accommodate my busy schedule and get my paperwork done as quickly as possible. My plates were ready within a couple weeks and my car is running great. I don't know how I shopped anywhere else before. The only criticism I have is that they should fund their marketing budget a bit more so others can have the same pleasant experience and avoid the typical hassle of purchasing a vehicle at other dealerships. More
