inept and lies I bought a car in early April, supposedly had key fob ordered for car. Went 3 weeks later, after pestering on phone as to where it was,, Finally came I bought a car in early April, supposedly had key fob ordered for car. Went 3 weeks later, after pestering on phone as to where it was,, Finally came in. It couldn't be programmed by dealer (Northway) OR Subaru. Aftermarket key purchased would not work with computer. Was told "we'll only pay 50.00 for it when price is 230. why pay for something that should have been WITH car in first place. Then Was then told their locksmith can do it if I come back up there (1 hour away) why wasn't it done in first place. Also went up to get title for it,, they gave my title to someone else after waiting 5 days for it to come in mail when they said they'd mail it to me prior week.. wasted ALL day in 2 dealers and no results except, sorry,, that's the way it is More

Deceitful dealership I travelled over an hour to purchase what I thought was a "great deal" from a seemingly reliable dealership. However, from the moment I drove the car I travelled over an hour to purchase what I thought was a "great deal" from a seemingly reliable dealership. However, from the moment I drove the car off the lot I experienced BIG problems and racked up an even BIGGER bill. A completely rusted undercarriage, leaking power steering, broken hub bearing and axel, and failed caliper, break pad and rotor are just a FEW of the repairs that were needed within the first few months of owning the car - and my mechanic has identified additional issues needing attention in the near future. I attempted to contact the dealership multiple times and was given the run around - promises were made which were never kept and eventually my calls and emails never got responses. I am stuck with a useless car and thousands of dollars in the hole. My hope is that no one else makes a similar mistake by choosing this deceitful dealership. More

My boyfriends credit score went up 50 points and making triple what he was making back when he bought his first car from them in February. They told him they needed $7,000 down for a $5,000 car. VERY SHADY!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Don't trust this dealership!!!!!! More
