This was my first experience not going to a major dealership and Leo made it as easy as possible. He helped me get approved, assess my trade-in, and do most of the leg work before I even came in. They also worked with me on price when I got there to get me as close as possible to my goal. They handled everything with the MVC, and even got my plates transferred and registration sent to me, so I didn't have to drove out to the dealership. Scott was fantastic helping me to purchase a 2013 Honda Fit. I’ve wanted that exact car since 2013 when I purchased a black Honda Fit as the battery in the blue one at Route 23 was dead. Scott help me step by step through the purchasing process. He answered all my questions about if I had to have car serviced before driving, did I need to replace battery, and other questions about financing car. After I drove home tire pressure light was on, radio needed a code to use it, and something was hanging down under dashboard. I went back Scott looked at tire pressure, radio, and under dashboard. He told me to call Sara in Service Department and she would take care of problems. I contacted Sara took car for Service and was out in 20 minutes all problems corrected. For the first time in quite a while I feel safe and confident driving. I by nature am a person who suffers panic attacks and I really have to concentrate when driving. Northway Automotive was the best place I found while on vacation in Branchville. I truly feel it was meant for me to purchase this car when I did. More
