I was just out for a ride I was out riding my motorcycle and decided to stop in and look at the new TDI Jetta. Helen went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She wasn't satisfied with how the car looked (we went to a secondary lot to pick it up) and she set up an appointment for me to have it completely detailed. That was very much appreciated. She also set up a driver to help me get the car home since I had rode my motorcycle in that day. I felt that was above and beyond normal service. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy that day and I was shown other options than just a brand new one. I appreciated that. I recommend Helen without reservation, she was absolutely great! More

Great Customer Service Trey went out of his way, literally, and delivered our new VW Sportwagen to us (we are 200 miles from the dealership). He didn't use any high pressure techniques, he just made himself available with the information I needed to make a decision. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. We added window tinting at the last minute.. no problem.. he had it done and made sure it was done properly. Trey went above and beyond when he delivered the car. He then took the time to go over all the features with us. I would highly recommend this dealer to others because of my experience. And...I love the car! More
