He was friendly, helpful, and didn't make us feel rushed into making a purchase decision. There were a couple of repair items that NorthTowne agreed to fix after the sale. After getting the vehicle home, I noticed a couple more discrepencies and notified Jerry. He said they would add them to the service ticket at no charge. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and everything noted was fixed. Jerry even got me a loaner for the day; I did not expect this. NorthTowne Hyundai will have my future car buying interests. More
