The Greatest Guys in the Car Selling Business ! I was looking to trade in my car and buy a new Mazda SUV and called Northtowne owner that I have known for 36 years and bought many cars from him. H I was looking to trade in my car and buy a new Mazda SUV and called Northtowne owner that I have known for 36 years and bought many cars from him. He had Tom Hinken call me and the fun started. He is the sales manager for Mazda and was great to work with. Tom knows a lot about Mazda and was easy work with answering my questions, showing the difference between leasing and buying and I was treated no different because I am a woman. Once I made up my mind what I wanted Tom had me do a test drive with "Mr. let me explain the features of the car" Mike Schwally. He also treated me equal to a man and was very informative about the car and fun to ride with. We practically had all the world's problems solved when got back to the lot. Then Tim McGeeney completed the paper work with me and explained what I needed to complete before going to DOR to process the title process He also made sure I had my paperwork done so I could complete everything I needed to do to have the title processed this week. I am one happy car owner and I know I will take Mike up on his offer to come over anytime as I'm learning about my new Mazda and how everything works. These guys Tom, Mike, and Tim are real pros!
