Great Sevice - Clean Shop- Friendly staff Bought my Lincoln in January of 2015 and got set up with Don Bolek as my Service Advisor. Couldn't be more pleased. Don keeps me appraised of whats going on and stays on top of whats needed or suggested. Every service trip from , oil changes, brake jobs, tires, etc has been perform meticulously. Additionally, my car is returned washed and cleaned. You can't find a better Service Department in the Kansas City, MO North Land. This is my first Lincoln and we love our great MKX and the service makes it even better. I'm already making plans for something newer in 2017 More

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ONE IN A MILLION AND LOVES VETS THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS THANKED FOR MY SERVICE THAT I RENDERED TO MY COUNTRY. I was thanked by the CAR DEALERSHIP as well as the SERVIC THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS THANKED FOR MY SERVICE THAT I RENDERED TO MY COUNTRY. I was thanked by the CAR DEALERSHIP as well as the SERVICE DEPARTMENT the absolute moment I said that I was a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN! I took my car to this service department because I had trouble with another car dealership in the city. The other car dealership rendered NO SERVICE to me at all, and I was cheated out of my hard earned money, the other dealership wouldn't even honor a WE OWE that we both had signed! This CAR DEALERSHIP, LOVES VETERAN'S, and they showed it by fixing my car problem's with no question's asked. This service department told me that "WE DO NOT NEED TO SEE ANY WE OWE'S FROM ANYONE, THAT IS NOT OUR BUSINESS, ALL WE WANT TO DO IS SATISFY ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS"! YOU ARE HERE NOW AND YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST OF RESPECT, AND WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I ALMOST FAINTED AND USED THE RESTROOM ON MYSELF, IT WAS SO VERY NICE TO BE AT A DEALERSHIP THAT MADE THEIR CUSTOMERS #1. KUDOS TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY TRULY DO CARE AND YOU CAN FEEL IT. WHEN YOU ARE SPOKEN TO YOU HAVE THEIR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. THEY ARE ONE IN A MILLION. THEY APPEARED TO MAKE EVERYONE WALKING THRU THEIR DOORS FEEL SPECIAL, NEEDED AND VALUED AS A CUSTOMER! THEY WANT OUR BUSINESS, SO LET"S GIVE IT TO THEM. You simply don't have to be concerned with service trying to sell or fix something I have been coming here for many years & will continue to do so. You simply don't have to be concerned with service trying to sell or fix something that does not need replaced or repaired. They do an excellent job doing what you want & will let you know of any possible issues so you are able to plan for future service to keep your car in tip top condition. More
Extremely Friendly and Laid back atmosphere I was actually taking in my Outlander to the service shop for its normal maintenance. Then as I was waiting for my ride to come pick me up, I noticed I was actually taking in my Outlander to the service shop for its normal maintenance. Then as I was waiting for my ride to come pick me up, I noticed the new 2015 Outlander Sport, what a beautiful car, it was love at first sight. So I walked into the showroom, and there he was MR. SMILES (Carl) he was very friendly and eager to answer any of my questions. There was no pressure and he gave me all the in's and out of the different models of this car. I asked him if I can trade in my Jeep, he goes sure that's not a problem at all. To make the story short, I was a very happy camper, they gave me an awesome deal on my trade-in, gave me a choice of what color, and found me the perfect rate. On top of that, Mr. Smiles even had my other car washed and looking good when I picked it up after the maintenance service. That's what I talk about keeping your customers happy. Tires not avail onsite for a recently purchased automobile I first must specify, that my dealings with Northtowne have been quite good in both service and sales. I purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage a few months ag I first must specify, that my dealings with Northtowne have been quite good in both service and sales. I purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage a few months ago from the dealership. HOWEVER, I recently had a flat tire, and no tires were available in the KC area for this auto (165/65 R14)! I then decided to contact the dealership to get new tires. The service center then explained that they would have to order tires for the car and it would "be a few days." How does a dealership not have tires for a new line of cars that they sell and service? I then contacted Mr. Galetti, and explained the situation, and once again, I must stress that both the manager and the service department were very nice. But my question remains, how can a dealership not have tires available. I finally found tires online and am having them shipped to me (at a much lower price in a fewer amount of days). Poor planning on the dealerships part to ensure that customers are happy. More
