Lease is up Even when the customer is a returning customer the salesmen needs to show the customer the car before they sign the papers for a new lease. I know that they are trying to cut the time on how long the customer is there for. If you want to cut the time customer is there for stop having a couple of mangers come in and talk to customer. I come in to deal with one salesmen not to deal with a few which is intimidating at times. I would go back to dealer for oil changed and when my lease is up in a few years. More
