They sold me a car that was vulnerable to theft and did not provide any warning beforehand. Within the first year of owning my vehicle, it was stolen on two different occasions. After the initial recovery of my car, I called northtown service department and was basically turned away stating they were too busy to work on my car and they would take weeks to even look at it. I ended up having the repairs done at an independent garage. After the second theft, northtown took my car in after some reluctance and it took them over a month to finish the repair and the refused to give me a break on my deductible or anything. The salespeople will act like they’re looking out for you and you’ll never hear from them again. More

When we picked it up, they'd not checked the charger and said we would have to reschedule for another day or leave it there. When we asked the service mgr if we left it, when would it be ready, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, he say, "yes, Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday." I complained again to the woman who takes payment. Her explanation is that the call center people don''t communicate well. So, while that "explains" it, that is not an excuse. They effectively made their problem my problem. So, we will never go back there. There are many other fine cars and dealerships in the area. More

My husband and I have personally purchased over 15 new and used vehicles in the last 15 to 20 years as well as helped countless friends and family with their purchases. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20+ years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person. I will happily recommend him to anyone that asks. More
