Poor Purchase Experience "Caveat Emptor" - buyer beware. My father purchased a used vehicle from them which had an open reacall. This issue lead to the vehicle not starting "Caveat Emptor" - buyer beware. My father purchased a used vehicle from them which had an open reacall. This issue lead to the vehicle not starting within 30 days of ownership. Of course there was no permanent solution, so we wanted our money back in full but this was not an option. We were allowed to trade the vehicle in for what we paid but no negotiation was allowed for the purchase price of the vehicle. We settled with a 2013 Malibu, the tires were dry rotted and I brought that to the attention of the along with the fact it lost 5 lbs of air pressure overnight. His response was priceless, "I'm not replacing tires", he also said this was normal and not an issue. Okay, now one is flat and my father can not get to the HOSPITAL. Poor lack of commitment just to make a sale, very short sighted business plan. More

After asking to put it back they are asking evidence and for that I told to see videos that may exists in workshop in and around entrances but they didn't deliver this missing one. But to my surprise, despite my credit history, they got I walked into Zeigler Honda, not expecting to be able to walk out with buying a new/used car. But to my surprise, despite my credit history, they got me a great deal that was within my budget. Plus they fed me pizza when I ended up staying past closing time to get paperwork done. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much too Jennifer and Tony, both of whom are terrific people. I don't remember the name of the lady who handled my credit app but she definitely made the experience worth while. More
