Nothing but problems Bought my 2013 Charger brand new from them and since I bought it my trunk release opens every time I walk up to the car. They fixed it once and the same issue keeps reoccurring. So when I call, the lady says bring it in tomorrow! Drive an hour out to the dealership and then they lay a $225 diagnostic fee that was never mentioned and wont look at it unless I pay them to check out a reoccurring issue that has been happening since I bought the car brand new. I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle they sold me and don't think the game they are playing with me is fair. Would never recommend any Dodge product and specifically wouldn't ever recommend this dealership because of the horrible experiences I've had. West Herr isn't too far away! More

I been dealing with Joe Erbacher, Mike H, Denis L and Dave F and Al in service for almost twenty years. This is the "A" team of Northtown. My wife and I purchase a new car here every three years and have purchased several Dodge Rams. This year we purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Diesel extended cab. My only complaint was that the prep people did not live up to the Northtown high standards. I wasn't that concerned because I know that during my next visit everything will be taken care of. If you are looking for a Dodge vehicle this is the place. More
