Jeff the salesman and Jeremy the sales manager both told me no, but I could get it installed for an additional charge. I was ok with that. When I was given the sheet with all the specifications, I noticed it did have remote start. They were both like ...um they usually don’t have it. Shouldn’t they review the specifications before giving me the sheet. I thought this was very unprofessional. We picked the car out on Wednesday evening and we were picking it up on Thursday. I called the salesman Jeff 4 hours ahead of time at his request so he would know when we were coming in since the car we chose was not on the lot. We still waited over 2 hours I get the car. Allegedly they were washing the car. I personally don’t think it was on the property. The vehicle was not dried completely and ended up with water spots, I don’t believe it took 2 hours to wash the vehicle. I don’t think it was there. Jeff did not know how to work the remote start. I honestly didn’t think it was working until I took the remote and was able to work it, Jeff the salesman did not know how to work it. I get in the car and it only had 3/4 of a tank of gasoline. I brought this to Jeff’s attention and he gave me a $5.00 voucher for gasoline. The 5 bucks did not fill the tank but it wasn’t worth going back to the dealer making a hassle over it. The car only comes with one remote for the remote start, but it has two keys. That may have been a deterrent in me buying the car which is why I wasn’t told about it. I think An honest dealer would have let my wife an I know this before the deal was finalized. I still have not received a final answer if I can purchase one. I have called several times and I still have not received a definitive answer. When Jeff gave us the car, he just walked away without showing us everything in the car. This is the fourth new vehicle I have purchased and every other salesman went through the car with me. Even used car salesman that I have dealt with went though the car with me. Very unprofessional. Then the next day when I go to check the engine it had no windshield washer fluid. How do you let this happen?? When I called a manager Jimmy to discuss this he said he would call me back. It’s now 22 hours and he still hasn’t called me back. I also spoke to Stephanie and she said she would have someone call me back, I’m still waiting for that phone call. I tried calling the owner, I left him a voicemail and he hasn’t called me back, it’s been three days. They did offer me a $10.00 voucher for gas. It’s not worth me driving a half hour to the dealer in one direction for $10. More
