Not too sure I had to pay almost $900 extra for someone elses mistake (salesman). Didnt even get a second key for my car and paid 15k cash that ended up being 15,8 I had to pay almost $900 extra for someone elses mistake (salesman). Didnt even get a second key for my car and paid 15k cash that ended up being 15,870 because my salesman sold me a warranty agreed at 15k saying I'm getting what was described to me as a supreme warranty coverage. But ended up that he was wrong, and everything under warranty he told/sold me was wrong, he did apologize. I had the option to refuse the car and get my money back but I been looking for a car for months after returning a car I purchased from another dealer that had rolled back miles. I also really wanted this car a 2015 dodge dart. Great features and 32k miles. If I had got the second key I would have probably been happier with my purchase. It was paid out for cash and they have an itrax tracker installed on the car. I installed my own tracker in case they do have the second key and try to steal the car. This is NYC and anything is possible. Not sure why they wouldnt have a second key for an almost brand new car that was leased, definitely a little suspicious... if you are reading this and do have a second key I would be happy to pick it up and change my review. The same salesman that would not honor what he sold me for the warranty making me have to pay 870$extra said I would also have to pay extra if I wanted the second key which i find messed up. I dont want to say his name because he is a good person and tried to help a lot and I dont want him in trouble because I'm sure some things are out of his control. As a business owner I feel u should definitely be on top of things and actually care about ur customers especially when ur employees mess up. That is probably the only reason i would not recommend friends or family here. They tried to show me they are taking a lost selling me a car under the price they paid for it but this car has been sitting at their dealership for a year so I know they really wanted to get rid of it...they tried to make it seem they were doing me a favor by pointing that out...but I know I was doing them the favor...car values depreciate every year. In conclusion I felt as though the salesman sold me the car with a description of the warranty with taxes and fees included at a set price then when I went to sign the papers in a very happy mood, nothing the salesman said that would be covered under warranty was included and really made me feel like crying and not want the car anymore. Then they said if I wanted the coverage he described I'd have to pay an additional $1200 which I said no i dont want the car anymore. Then the finance guy I think it was,said his boss will give me that coverage for 800$ taxes not includef. The only reason i agreed is because I just really needed and wanted this car. My commute to work was 2 hours with a bus and now its 20 minutes with a car. Long story I know but just giving my honest opinion. So far would not recommend this dealer, this was too stressful for me and wished it went differently. More

Great experience all-around! After several years of headaches from our 11-year old SUV, we were finally in the market to upgrade to a newer sedan. We came to Northstar Mitsubishi After several years of headaches from our 11-year old SUV, we were finally in the market to upgrade to a newer sedan. We came to Northstar Mitsubishi for 2017 Nissan Altima SL listing, but fell in-love with a 2018 Nissan Maxima SV conveniently parked next to it... Ray was extremely helpful in answering all our questions, and ensuring we got the best deal. Chris on the Finance Team was also extremely helpful in helping us get the best terms. Happily drove home with our new car same-day, and definitely recommend Northstar Mitsubishi! More
