I am very mad and disappointed at this dealership! There is no specific conditions! I also confirmed with a representative that there would be NO diagnostic cost when I made the service appointment. However, when I arrived at your dealership, you told me a different story, different from what my extended warranty covers. Your dealership should honor me what KIA covers and not charge me a $190 diagnostic fee plus tax. I would like to request a refund for the diagnostic fee plus tax. More
