I have not had a lot of good experiences with this Kia dealer. The staff are not communicative and I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. More importantly I have brought my vehicle in dealer. The staff are not communicative and I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. More importantly I have brought my vehicle in twice now to address a transmission issue and it has not been resolved. The first time they replaced a part (not the transmission because I was straight up told they wanted to try the cheaper option first). The second time they told me that the transmission vibration was a result of flat spots on the tires and I needed 4 new tires. I took the car to another mechanic and they checked out the ties and told me there was no issue with them. The issue is definitely the transmission, but this Kia is trying to avoid the repair because the car is still under warranty. More
