Northside Lexus - Service Center

I have to say my experience with Northside lexus has not been good one.and after 2 years of servicing my vehicle with them i will no longer use them are recommend anyone to them. I took my Lexus for servic been good one.and after 2 years of servicing my vehicle with them i will no longer use them are recommend anyone to them. I took my Lexus for service after making an appointment and it seemed that i could not get any response back. After my service was taken care i notice grease smudges all over my car as if the mechanic clean his dirty hands with the headline of my car.I contacted management and still have not revived a response back i guess i was just a number to them after all. More
