Northside Lexus consistently provides a high quality service experience, and makes the Lexus ownership experience a very positive one. I have only the best things to say about Liz Rincon. She is terrific! I will close by offering this observation - I have a 2008 Lexus. My wife has a 2008 BMW. EVERY time we have a service issue with the area BMW dealerships it is a painful experience - they do not meet promised deadlines, they are not particularly pleasant to deal with, we are always having to guard against upselling by service advisors. In short, in light of our contracting experience I will NEVER buy a BMW, but would absolutely buy another Lexus from Northside Lexus. Not even a close question. Keep up the great work. More

5 star customer service, Neti is one of the cashiers at NorthSide Lexus and you would think you are talking to a customer service advisor. She returned my calls when she said she would and even when I cal NorthSide Lexus and you would think you are talking to a customer service advisor. On august 31, without having made an appointment, I went to the Lexus dealership to have the car battery checked. After a thorough inspection, I was told the battery needed to be replaced (alternator etc. w to the Lexus dealership to have the car battery checked. For a Saturday morning service I was quite surprised that I got in and out within 90 minutes time. More
