From beginning to end the level of service provided was exceptional. My tight work schedule did not afford me much time to drop my car off at the dealership for a second opinion and wait for service to be exceptional. Mark kindly arranged for a convenient car swap at my office before having Kyle complete a full work up including a thorough vehicle history check for previous repair and maintenance discoveries. After completing a full car inspection I received a follow up promptly with an honest assessment, discounting many items on the aforementioned list of recommendations from the neighborhood shop. Kyle made certain to make me feel comfortable with the service taking place and also left me very informed regarding future needs. Car troubles seem to appear at the most inconvenient times but Northside Lexus made it a breeze. Thanks so much! More

I was late for my appointed time but Dorothy still assured me that my Lexus would be ready by my is and has been very professional and accomodating. She took care of me quickly and efficiently and provided answers to all of my questions. The kind of service I received from Dorothy and others at Northside Lexus is most appreciated. Great service, as a loaner car was dropped off to my house, and my car was repaired during the day. I chose to pick it up at the dealership, though they were willing to drop it back off to my house. Although the service I received was very good, I am very disappointed that I have had to have my Lexus GS 350 in for servicing 4 times in the last 4 months. With only 27,000 miles on my car, this seems to disappointed that I have had to have my Lexus GS 350 in for servicing 4 times in the last 4 months. With only 27,000 miles on my car, this seems to be excessive. Most of the work has been covered by the extended warranty I purchased, but I would expect Lexus quality to be better than my experience has been. More
Service was completed sooner than expected. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. All issues, even minor ones, were taken care of and not avoided as sometimes happens at other businesses.
