I really enjoy my service visits to Northside Lexus in Houston, TX. The service is always very reliable. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable about the service that is being performed. I have had the maintenance done on my car there since it was new. (2007). I have developed a friendship with my service advisor. This dealership always has a loaner car available for me. I do not have to wait very long to get the car either. The place is very clean and chocolate chip cookies are always available for their customers. They also have a coffee/soda bar one can enjoy if he/she has to wait very long for their car to be serviced. I drive 125 miles one way to have the maintenance done on my car. It is worth it. I would recommend Northside Lexus for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Lexus to enjoy. More
