The "check engine" light came on on my IS 250, I panicked, but was able to speak to someone in the Northside Lexus service department and she reassured me that my car was still driveable. She immediately made me an appointment the next day and made arrangements for a loaner car. I was able to drop off my car quickly and Kyle took good care of me when I arrived. He did not make me feel like they would "rush" the work on my vehicle, and let me know I could keep the loaner as long as necessary to ensure my car was repaired. He timely contacted me to let me know the problem with my car and the solution. My car was ready the same day, which I did not expect. As always, I am very happy with the service, which is why I drive all the way from Pearland to Northside Lexus. Even though there are dealerships closer to my home, they are not as helpful and friendly as Northside Lexus. They truly give you the "Lexus experience". More

My RX350 was in the parking lot at Kroger and would not start. I called the road service number and the service car arrived in about 20 minutes. I went to the service dept and they told me it would take 45 min to one hour. It actually took about an hour and twenty minutes which was not bad. More

Eight weeks after purchasing my brand new car from Northside Lexus, my daughter found an ant nest in the passenger door area when she opened the door. After spraying it with ant spray and brushing everything I could find out of the car, ants continued to appear. After re-spraying and hoping they would be gone in the morning, I was extremely dismayed to find ants crawling all over the car the next day. I called Northside Lexus to see if they could help me. Jon Gosling was the lucky rep who answered. After a short period of startled disbelief, he said to bring the car right in and they would take a look at it and see what they could do. When I arrived, Jon and the service manager looked at the car and told me they would get it taken care of - at no charge, as a goodwill service since ants are not a known warrantee issue. Jon arranged a free loaner car for me, and I left them to deal with the ants. I received daily updates of the fumigation, dismantling of the doors, trunk, wheel wells, backseat, carpet, etc. They also called in an exterminator who baited the ants away from the car, and finally my car was declared ant free. When I picked up my car, I saw no ants (and I really inspected everything), and I would never have known that it had been taken apart and put back together - it looked excellent. I waited 2 weeks before reviewing, because I was afraid the ants may make a re-appearance, but all has been well. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism shown by Jon Gosling and Lexus. I am a happy driver again, although I am still checking the car before I get in. More
