The service provided by Northside Lexus, has always been exceptional! Anita and her team has always taken care of all my car's needs, whitin a reasonable amount of time. I walked into the service area and right away Pete said, "Hello, Mrs. Munn." I was amazed he remembered me by name! He is such an asset to Lexus Northside. Dorothy is my service representative and was very nice. I waited for my car which did not take very long. I went to the front desk to checkout and asked a question. The young lady, (I did not see a name tag), went so far as to print out my answer. To take time to do that is very exceptional instead of telling me to talk to Dorothy or someone else. More

I don't give high marks unless I feel it warrants it. In this case, I don't feel it does. Also, as far as the rating the service experience was neither Poor nor Excellent I feel another category should be included, which is "average." I clicked on Excellent as it was most certainly not Poor. Perhaps adding an "Average" category might make more people respond to your questionnaire. I almost didn't fill it out but in this instance chose to fill it out for this very reason. Thank you. More

I particularly like the on-line check-in process that allows me to pick a schedule that best fits my calendar and allows me to pre-register any special mechanical concerns. The service experience met all my requirements -- complete and performed to high quality. Nice touch to include a car wash as well! We have had a number of Lexus vehicles and have always had excellent results. I have NO concern that the service will include "extra and unnecessary" repairs that some unscrupulous shops attempt to foist off on customers -- with a specific target on women. Lexus is very sensitive and responsive to its female customers from the purchase experience through to all service visits. Well done, Lexus!! More

Driver was two hours late picking up car. Nobody answered phone in service department. Driver was an hour late the next day redelivering the car. $20 was stolen out of the center console of the ca answered phone in service department. Doesn't bode well for a return purchase. More
