Liz is always on the ball. Service was and is always great when Liz helps me. I am always greeted when I pull up and assisted with moving my belongings to the loner vehicle. Lexus Service employees absolutely ignore any of my requests. I've asked to let me know if service would take longer than 2 hours, they assured me that it would take much less time. Of course, simple m requests. I've asked to let me know if service would take longer than 2 hours, they assured me that it would take much less time. Of course, simple maintenance service took over 3 hours (last time it was over 4 hours so it was improvement). I asked not to move my seat position since I don't have memory button. Sure my seat was moved as far from original position as possible. I don't understand why service people need to mess with my a/c settings, head light and other settings if they perform tires rotation and oil change. Just don't see the connection. Once my warranty service is up I will never use Lexus service again. More

very prompt service even tho we were a few min late for our appointment. M,s Bratton was efficient, advising us of estimated time required for the service.
