My 1995 Lexus LS400 with 147,000 miles on it was displaying the "check engine" light and needed a state inspection. Being an older Lexus with fairly high milage the car just needed some attention t displaying the "check engine" light and needed a state inspection. Being an older Lexus with fairly high milage the car just needed some attention to maintain performance and reliability. The entire staff at Northside Lexus were very friendly and professional. A loaner car (RX350) was provided while repairs were made. This was most appreciated because of the convenience and but my wife's 2002 RX300 with 160,000 miles on it will need to be replaced soon. Test driving the new and improved RX was a pleasant experience. The only rating that was okay as opposed to great was price. I realize it costs money to run a first class operation. The price for clearing the check engine light and dianositc work was reasonable. The cost to change the serpentine belt and the engine air filter was okay but I could have and probably should have done this work myself. However, I do value a "done deal" the $1,000 cost resulted in the care being more road worthy. The state inspection was not able to be done due to a problem with the dealership's dyno but this can be done elsewhere without difficulty. Sales Manager, Lance Williams, came by to say hello while I was waiting for service consultant, Brady Lamar. Lance is always friendly and professional and I look forward to buying our next car from him. More
Have owned Lexus cars since 1993 and have had all service work done by the dealer (Northside Lexus). Excellent cars and excellent service. They really take good care of their customers. My appointment was honored and work began promptly. When determined more extensive work was required, Liz provided a car to drive. I really want to thank Liz Rincon. She has been my service adviser for several years. I give her a 5 star rating. I will request her always as my service advisor I would also like to 5 star Yedi service adviser for several years. I give her a 5 star rating. I had left my car overnight after service was completed and found out I needed it early the next morning. I raced in to Northside about 7:15 AM hoping I could get it that early. Yedi came right to my rescue and I was able to pay and pick up my car and be on my way at about 7:30 AM. I was able to make my early appointment without any problem. Thank you, Yedi. More

I have a 2003 Lexus SC 430. I have had it for 10 years and I love it as much, if not more than when I bought it. I also have a MB SL 550 and Infiniti 2011 SC 430. I love my Lexus the best, I still get and I love it as much, if not more than when I bought it. I also have a MB SL 550 and Infiniti 2011 SC 430. I love my Lexus the best, I still get compliments on the car and it is ROCK SOLID, because I am willing to take the best care it deserves. I have always used this Dealership and I have always been VERY Satisfied. Liz has been my service manager for most of this time and she is amazing. Thanks for providing such great service for my car.
