Every interaction with Northside Lexus we have ever had has been excellent. The dealership as a whole seems designed to make coming in a pleasure, and that includes the sales staff, the finance staff, and has been excellent. I brought my car in for service and my service advisor, Pat Pendergrast, did a great job in making sure my service issues were addressed. Service was very good.
