I decided that I wanted to buy a Honda Pilot. I also said that I would not buy from any other Honda Dealer other than Northside, because of the help I received from the General Manager back in D I also said that I would not buy from any other Honda Dealer other than Northside, because of the help I received from the General Manager back in December, selling my mothers-in-law car. Everyone was so professional, and I am thrilled to say that I got the car of my dreams at a great price. From maintenance to actually caring about your questions, all the employees are amazing. Too many names to write them all down. This is where I will always buy my cars. Thank you, Honda Northside, for all you did making it a wonderful, positive experience. More

Took my Accord in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I wanted to use the Hero’s coupon but was told that I couldn’t because my car required full synthetic. In the past they’ve just charged t rotation. I wanted to use the Hero’s coupon but was told that I couldn’t because my car required full synthetic. In the past they’ve just charged the extra with no issues. This time all I got was an oil change and no tire rotation. I was also told that the maintenance code (B12) required an oil additive and that I had probably never seen that code before. My car has almost 200k miles on it and at this point I’ve seen just about every code. I also checked the code before bringing it in so I knew that besides oil and tires it just needed new filters and some maintenance checks. I had already taken care of the filters myself and the manual specifically says not to add any additives. When I declined the service tech angrily answered something along the lines of, “You’ve probably never seen that code before but it’s your car so whatever.” I probably should have driven away at that point but decided to see what would happen. I understand that businesses need to make money but at least don’t lie and give the customers attitude. I’ll think twice before returning. More
