After being turned away from the dealership we purchased the car from because they didn't have a "Honda mechanic," I took it to Northide where we have our Clarity serviced. I walked in with no appointment b the car from because they didn't have a "Honda mechanic," I took it to Northide where we have our Clarity serviced. I walked in with no appointment but Mark got me in immediately. Even though we couldn't hear the noise it was making at tht time, Mark sent it back to service to be checked. Sure enough, there was an air conditioner part that was broken. Mark also went above and beyond since there was a maintenance agreement that he had to coordinate with. Great job! Saved me over $900. I won't go back to the other dealership. More
