Fortunately, Jim was nearby & we had a brief conversation before being introduced to John (Sales Manager). Ruben then found the vehicle I was interested in and negotiations were agreed upon. I now needed to get my title to the vehicle I was trading in. Shortly before I arrived at my home I was involved in a minor accident. Not sure what to do, I called Jim Thompson for advice and he suggested I bring the Auto to Northside Ford for repair and further negotiations. John now become heavily involved by getting a repair estimate on the damaged vehicle, arrived at an acceptable trade-in value and the deal was completed. Each of these men showed the greatest professionalism in salesmanship I have ever experinced. I came into Northside Ford looking for a used F150 on a budget as most customers are. I was doing a cash deal no financing. I explained to Vivian exactly what I was looking for. I had a 95' Ford Bronco 230,000 miles excellent condition mostly because I have had my regular maintenance and added upgrades done here at Northside.Sadly a deer went through the windshield and the vehicle was a loss. Vivian was sensitive to the fact that I loved that truck and she realized by pulling up my name in the system that I am a loyal Ford customer. Based on a less than pleasant experience at Ray McCombs Ford West in Dec 2009, I had decided to cancel my plans to purchase a Ford vehicle. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a valued customer. Wayne Alderman was my sales agent and he delivered everything I asked for (trade in value, price of car, and NO GAMES). He showed respect for my time and Northside showed the customer does come first. I am thrilled with my new Ford and looking forward to giving Northside my return business the next time the family needs a new vechicle.
