The first sales person to greet my family and myself was Richard (Last Name Unknown). I drove away within about 10 to 15 minutes and not a happy camper. About a block away I had my daughter call Northside Ford and ask about the deal I heard on the radio, (Richard didn't even check it out) the reply was yes and gave me the a contact person of Luis Colon. We went back and talk with Luis and now my daughter is driving her 2007 Focus. She is happy as well as myself. I am glad I follow my gut feeling, otherwise a sale would have been lost and I would never recommend this dealership. However with Mr. Luis Colon taking the bull by the horn, a vehicle was purchased and I would highly recommend this dealship and hopefully Richard gets his act together. More

He makes the whole experience of buying a new car as easy on us as possible. The service department at Northside Ford is also great, everyone is so friendly. One time I needed something corrected on a repair and although I could not get there before they closed Dan waited there for me to make sure the problem was corrected. I will ever forget that.
