The first sales person to greet my family and myself was Richard (Last Name Unknown). I drove away within about 10 to 15 minutes and not a happy camper. We went back and talk with Luis and now my daughter is driving her 2007 Focus. She is happy as well as myself. I am glad I follow my gut feeling, otherwise a sale would have been lost and I would never recommend this dealership. However with Mr. Luis Colon taking the bull by the horn, a vehicle was purchased and I would highly recommend this dealship and hopefully Richard gets his act together. More
