I found my overall experience at Northside Ford to be better than the other dealerships I worked with. I did my research and was ready to make a deal. He was polite and ensured that I was confident in his abilities by immediately introducing me to his sales manager, Ron. Ron was a seasoned pro, however, he was very focused on what I wanted vs. what he wanted (to sale a car). I dealt with Richard in the finance department and the dedication to great customer service continued as we finalized all the paperwork. I have already had "after the sale" contact with Ron and John and the great experience continues.
