I have bought a number of new cars in my life, but never had the wonderful experience that I had at Northside Ford last week. My wife and I had been contemplating buying a new car, but wanted to wait until the July or August time frame. I took my vehicle in for a brake job and was informed by the Chevy dealership that there wer but wanted to wait until the July or August time frame. After thinking about it, we decided to purchase a new vehicle rather than pump a lot of money into the 2002 Cavalier. I wanted a Ford because they are not government owned. We stopped by Northside Ford and met Freddie. He was outstanding to work with and was patient with us although we arrived quite late in the day. We saw what we wanted and he helped us get it quite quickly. An outstanding job. More

I was very impressed with the friendliness of Roddy Huff and James Hancock. When I came in for my appointment Roddy was with someone else so he referred me to James. I used the website to obtain information about some of the used cars, I also filled a trade-in form to estimate what I may get for my car. Within minutes of doing that I received a call from Wayne who ga the used cars, I also filled a trade-in form to estimate what I may get for my car. Within minutes of doing that I received a call from Wayne who gave me a few of the cars available and set up an appointment for me to go in. I went in there the next day and Wayne spent quite a few hours with me and my husband looking at different cars, he even helped move a car seat from car to car. After test driving at least 4 different cars we agreed upon one and Wayne helped us through the process of figuring out what the appraised value of our trade in was, how much we'd have to put down and what our payments would be. He sent us to Randy who informed us that for the best rate only my husband should be on the loan, after hearing my dissatisfaction with that he advised us to take the car home without signing the paperwork and he'd talk to the banks in the morning to get me on the loan, it was after 9pm by then. The next day Wayne called and I advised him I was interested in one of the other cars we test drove for me. Randy went ahead at that point and got me added to my husbands car loan and got us approved for the second car loan in case I decided we did want the second car. Wayne was great with my kids, he didn't seem phased by their constant noise or whining. He is a no pressure sort of salesman, he'll get your questions answered and make sure you have everything you need before you walk out the door. He takes the time to help you find the right car within your budget. My experience with him was hassle-free and a pleasure, next time I need a car I'll definitely look him up. Randy too was great, very friendly and understanding of the kids, the second day we went up there to officially sign for my husbands car and go ahead and purchase mine he brought my kids some candy (after asking me first if it would be okay)! He got all our documents ready in a timely manner and we signed all the documents for both cars in the same sitting. I like Northside Ford, so far it's the only dealership I've been to where it doesn't feel like the salespeople are pressuring you into something you don't want to do and the people in the finance department actually listen to your concerns! Oh and I love the big play area in the middle of the dealership, definitely family oriented. More
