This is my 2nd vehicle in a year. If it wasn't for Rowdy Huff being there, my 2nd visit would have probably been to another dealer. I was greeted immediately by a young lady who waved at us and welcomed me to the dealership. After that I met with Ruben Coronado with whom I had spoken by phone only :45 prior to meeting. Ruben had convinced me to visit your dealership vs. making a deal at Red McCombs. He did so by taking the time to quickly review your stock of vehicles that met my needs. When I reviewed the inventory of what I was looking for, F-150 Supercrew, 4 x 4, King Ranch, White, 20" wheels, full accessories, I was very pleased to find taht in fact you had the best selection of the dealerships I had visited. I made my selection and went through the closing process. It was an absolute pleasure to see Mr. Richard Powell who I know from Laredo and with whom I had not spoken in many, many years. Richard is a really nice person who knows the automobile business; his family has been in the business for many generations. Richard was great on the financing and we chatted up old times the entire time. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Car Max for my son. I was pleased with their service and, to be honest with you, I thought I would never go back to buying from a new dealership again because of the old style of doing business ..... high pressure, hanky-panky on the numbers, too many variables to make a clear decision. I didn't experience any of these cliches with you guys and I'm thankful for that. When I buy a vehicle my goal is to walk in, pick what I want and get out of there asap after that, with no hassles, no gimicks, etc... The dealership was very spacious, comfortable, clean and very friendly. Stephanie in the service department was exceptional in helping me schedule periodic service work and Rowdy Huff in the sales departme very friendly. Rowdy is proactive in calling me to give me updates on the progress of my truck order and Northside Ford gave me more for my trade in than any one else. Chad in the finance department is very experienced in the whole dealership and explaining so many buying options for my new vehicle. There is a discount Enterprise car rental center in the dealership and both Stephanie and Ryan have helped me with a rental in the past by always having a vehicle on the spot in minutes, no waiting. When I didn't need a rental car, Northside Ford has a driver who will take me to the office or home and pick me up to take me back to the dealership when my vehicle is ready. Northside ford has a quicklube center that has better prices than the other oil change places. When I had questions on my maintenance repairs, Jerry in service would come out and take the time to explain any repairs and maintenance questions I had. Thanks John More
