I went to Northside Ford in January 2011 to speak to a new truck salesman. Carl Campbell was there to help me. I wanted a new ecoboost V6 which would not be available until March. The sales manager made a counter offer which was acceptable to me. There was no pressure and the staff was very friendly. My truck was due to arrive 6 March. I got a call from Carl in March stating my order would be delayed another 2 weeks. A few days later he called to say they had received a new truck that was virtually identical to the one that I ordered. They offered it to me so I wouldn't need to wait any further. I accepted. I was treated fairly and can't say enought good things about Carl and the staff at Northside Ford. More

I have bought a number of new cars in my life, but never had the wonderful experience that I had at Northside Ford last week. My wife and I had been contemplating buying a new car, but wanted to wait until the July or August time frame. After thinking about it, we decided to purchase a new vehicle rather than pump a lot of money into the 2002 Cavalier. I wanted a Ford because they are not government owned. We stopped by Northside Ford and met Freddie. He was outstanding to work with and was patient with us although we arrived quite late in the day. We saw what we wanted and he helped us get it quite quickly. An outstanding job. More
