The dealership was very spacious, comfortable, clean and very friendly. Stephanie in the service department was exceptional in helping me schedule periodic service work and Rowdy Huff in the sales departme very friendly. Rowdy is proactive in calling me to give me updates on the progress of my truck order and Northside Ford gave me more for my trade in than any one else. Chad in the finance department is very experienced in the whole dealership and explaining so many buying options for my new vehicle. There is a discount Enterprise car rental center in the dealership and both Stephanie and Ryan have helped me with a rental in the past by always having a vehicle on the spot in minutes, no waiting. When I didn't need a rental car, Northside Ford has a driver who will take me to the office or home and pick me up to take me back to the dealership when my vehicle is ready. Northside ford has a quicklube center that has better prices than the other oil change places. When I had questions on my maintenance repairs, Jerry in service would come out and take the time to explain any repairs and maintenance questions I had. Thanks John More

My wife and I went to Northside Ford this past Saturday March 26th to shop for a new 2011 Ford Explorer. She did not pressure us into anything we didn't want to do and was really great to work with through the whole process. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would go find out. This salesman uses deceitful practices and is not to be trusted. I called him to cancel my appointment and he asked why and told me that he had to cancelled a family mater to meet me with an attitude and t trusted. I told him that I did not want to pay more than the monthly payment on my actual lease on a new lease and he said come by the dealership and I will match the price on a new f150. I meet his assistant because he was busy doing another sale and after an hour and half he comes in and gives me a payment almost a 100 dollars higher than the one he said he will honor. I said no thanks and then he started saying something hear me up and I said No thank you again he continued to raised his voice and storms out the office saying "I can't deal with you" leaving his assistant speechless. Mr. Campbell made me waste my time and his sales tactics are bad and his manners are worse. More
Having recently had a wreck which totaled my previous vehicle, I was already under a great deal of stress. That, coupled with a less-than-stellar credit score, had me panicking. Years ago, I financed a Ford Ranger so I decided to try Ford again. I went to nsford.com, completed an preliminary application and it came back with an immediate pre-qualification! I went in the next day, talked with Mr. Freddie Anthony in the Internet Sales Dept., who worked hard to find me the right car (and the right financing), and a couple of hours later drove away in a new 2011 Ford Focus with Sync, Sirius satellite radio and, best of all, 3.9% financing! I am extremely impressed with the level of service I experienced! From start to finish, I was treated with respect, courtesy and absolute professionalism. I could not have asked for a better experience!! More
