My first contact with Northside Ford was on the Internet when I asked for info on buying a new Ford Escape. I had a very fast response, with offers to help me find the right vehicle for me. He got the keys for them and I drove both. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and provided a wealth of info. He got a price for me for my tradein vehicle and provided a purchase price for me for the Escape I was interested in. I left to discuss it with my wife and we returned the following day to pick out the color of Escape we wanted. Dino had everything ready and our entire time at the dealership was about one hour and we drove out in our new vehicle. Dino was friendly/professional/knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
