Service We took our 2018 Expedition in for transmission issue. Advisor told us that it was a predictive shift transmission and the hard shifts were normal. When we asked about the previous 18,000 miles with no issue, we were handed a sheet explaining how a transmission worked. Not being new to mechanic work, we took it to a competitive dealership where they actually drove the car and determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. It would benefit your dealership to not be dismissive and condescending when dealing with customers. More

Was helped by an incompetent advisor I went for a quick lube job cuz the maintenance warning light came on. The advisor Charles waited on me. Then I told him that I will be waiting in the next room where the cafeteria is. I was watching TV and at times talking to other guests. First dumb mistake: he said he came looking for me to let me know that my car was ready. There must have been 4 or 5 guests there at the most and he said he didn't see me. After about one and half hours I decided to check on the status of my car and it was ready half an hour ago. Second dumb mistake the warning light was still on and I asked him if they could get rid of it. He said I had to leave the car there for 2 days and will cost $139 to diagnose it. Javier, the other advisor heard it and reset the light for me for free and took 3 minutes. Very incompetent advisor and could have messed me up big time and I will never use him again More
$80 lightbulb I took my truck in for a service recall from Ford and they did fix that item sufficiently. I asked them could they also change my taillight bulb whil I took my truck in for a service recall from Ford and they did fix that item sufficiently. I asked them could they also change my taillight bulb while I had my truck in. They said, sure. When I picked it up they charge me $88 to put the lightbulb in which probably took him five minutes. I had my sons truck in for some Work at a different shop, and he also had a bulb out. They charged him $22 -still expensive, but maybe more reasonable. I figured their shop rate at about 960 bucks an hour for my lightbulb (Less the cost of the bulb of course). I learn my lesson About dealerships! More
