I just contacted you and the operator didn't know where to direct my call other than the service extension that did not pick up before. I just need some clarity on the grinding noise I hear on a cold start up. Furthermore, I was told in October this was the reason for a recall and have been trying to get this resolved. I get the sense you don't have enough people to cover the phones because I have purchased six vehicles from you over the years and the service people I dealt with were excellent.

I don’t see the point of making an appointment 6 weeks in advance, and you still have to wait weeks for a diagnostic.

Well my vehicle still hasn’t been expected. One of the issues wasn’t resolved last time I was there twice, because Chase Malone, I Quote “ my bad i forgot to type it in.” Which resulted in me getting a rental again and apparently I was going to get reimbursed. WHICH I GOT TIRED OF FITTING FOR IT AND STIlL WAITING FOR IT!!!!

I will not hold my breath while you are "looking into the events". We already had a phone conversation, I already got the extended service contract refunded because of the lack of faith I have in your dealership and service department, and have already started the process of taking car to a different dealer to get the work done right.
