I had recently run into a problem ordering a 2010 mustang from another dealer. Due to various problems, the car had been held at the Flat Rock, MI plant for 2 months bringing the wait time from order date t from another dealer. I had a set car in mind and found out that a very similar car was arriving at Northside Ford, but had not physically arrived yet. I spoke with Curtis who kept me informed and even made arrangments to have the car trucked over to the dealership immediately the same day it arrived at the rail yard. Curtis was aware I was coming in from out of town so he made sure to have the car prepped and paperwork streamlined for my visit to get me back on the road home. I have been buying automobiles for many many years but the experience with Northside Ford has got to be the very best. My sales person is Wayne Alderman. He did a wonderful job of ensuring that the purchase process was easy and without the stress normally associated with an automobile purchase. He did everything he could to make me happy in the process. In fact, if it had not been for Wayne I am not sure I would have made the purchase. He kept with us until we found the car we wanted. Jerry Valdez, the finance person, made the paperwork process easy. He explained every form and why it was required. Because of him I made an extended warranty purchase. I rated Northside Ford "great" in every category except price. Perhaps that is not fair to Northside because Ford Motor Company sets the MSRP. But, I feel the price was inflated and there was not much room for substantial discounts. Overall I am happy with Northside and will take my new Fusion Hybrid to them for service in the future. More
