After visiting 2 dealers one of them was just giving us 2 choices, the other dealer didn't even acknowledge us. Our salesman, Wayne Richards, made us feel very comfortable with the process and was very helpful as we looked at several different models. Wayne worked quickly and I was given a fair amount for trade in. Overall, this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience we have had. When my wife is ready to trade in her 2007 Prius, a new Ford Fusion Hybrid from Wayne and Northside Ford will be our replacement.
