The maintenace department was very clean anthe the mechanice were clean kept, and not filthy. Before we drove off the vehicle was detailed and the fuel was topped off! They should pay closer attention to removing loose items used in shipping and fill all fluids. The coolant was very low and the washer fluid almost empty. The fuel tank was barely over one-quarter full. I did expect better. This excellent sales group may well be hampered in the future by a lax "make-ready" group for the salespeople must rely on them doing their job. Returned the car on July 7 to have the coolant filled to the "Full HOT' line & the shop refused. More
I began working with Dennis McCrary about 3 months ago, when I thought I would be purchasing a new vehicle. There were never any "high pressure tactics" used by this dealership, just the assurance that wh when I thought I would be purchasing a new vehicle. There were never any "high pressure tactics" used by this dealership, just the assurance that when I was ready to buy, he would be there to help me get the vehicle I wanted. When I was ready to purchase, I went to the dealership, discussed with Dennis the vehicle I wanted to purchase and all of the available options. He was able to answer every single question I had about the Escape. They did not have exactly the vehicle which I wanted (color, equipment). John Novak told me that they would find exactly what I wanted. He checked with dealers all over the state and was able to find a vehicle with the exact equipment I was looking for, and brought it into the dealership. He didn't give up looking for my Escape! When my new vehicle was ready for pick-up, Dennis explained all of the equipment on the vehicle. He walked me through setting up my iPhone and iPod with the Sync system, and made sure I knew how to work the system, as well as the Sirius radio. I felt very comfortable leaving the dealership with my new vehicle, knowing that I had a good understanding of how it works. I have already recommended Northside Ford (and Dennis) to my friends. This pleasant new-car-buying experience will keep me as a loyal customer. More

There was no pressure sales pitch or "slick talk" from Wayne; he laid out the product info, the price and applicable incentives, and allowed me to make an informed decision without interference. Once I made the decision to purchase, he still took time to teach me even more about my new F-150 Lariat, give me a tour of the service department, and pledged to be available after the purchase if I needed him. I was very pleased with the service provided by Vivian and Northside. I sent an email request for a quote from the Ford website and Vivian was the first response I received. I had recently run into a problem ordering a 2010 mustang from another dealer. Due to various problems, the car had been held at the Flat Rock, MI plant for 2 months bringing the wait time from order date t from another dealer. Due to various problems, the car had been held at the Flat Rock, MI plant for 2 months bringing the wait time from order date to over 3 months. I had a set car in mind and found out that a very similar car was arriving at Northside Ford, but had not physically arrived yet. I spoke with Curtis who kept me informed and even made arrangments to have the car trucked over to the dealership immediately the same day it arrived at the rail yard. Curtis was aware I was coming in from out of town so he made sure to have the car prepped and paperwork streamlined for my visit to get me back on the road home. I had a great experience and appreciate Curtis going the extra mile to get the car ready ASAP. You just don't find service like that anymore. Highly recommend Curtis and Northside Ford. More
