I came into Northside Ford looking for a used F150 on a budget as most customers are. I was doing a cash deal no financing. I explained to Vivian exactly what I was looking for. I had a 95' Ford Bronco 230,000 miles excellent condition mostly because I have had my regular maintenance and added upgrades done here at Northside.Sadly a deer went through the windshield and the vehicle was a loss. Vivian was sensitive to the fact that I loved that truck and she realized by pulling up my name in the system that I am a loyal Ford customer. Based on a less than pleasant experience at Ray McCombs Ford West in Dec 2009, I had decided to cancel my plans to purchase a Ford vehicle. Northside Ford is a customer-oriented business 100% and it shows. We have been scouring the local area for a new Fusion for over two months and finally sealed the deal with Northside Ford once we made all it shows. The best part was they never pressured us and offered us the best price for the package, which even exceeded USAA's target price. Curtis Markland worked with us on the internet and was very responsive, but not bothersome as some of the other salesmen were. The bottom line was they exceeded our expectations in every respect and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's trying to find the best deal on a new Ford. They're staff is very professional, patient, and they put your priorities above all else. More
