Both Charles Young and Tommy Cude were very personable and friendly. They were wonderful to work with and I enjoyed the experience. I was very pleased with the Results when I got my Ford F-150 2010 Model. I went in to the Dealership and ask for Ruben because almost 3 Years ago I bought a used Explorer 06 Model so I was very happy with F-150 2010 Model. I gave a high rating in quality of work based upon prior service experience I've had with this dealership on an Expedition I owned. It was this earlier service experience that prompted me to come to Northside Ford to price a new F-150 truck. There were a number of technical issues to work through because I will be towing the F-150 behind a motorhome. I was impressed by Ron's determination and ability to get the information we needed to resolve these issues. Vehicle pricing compared favorably with what Consumer Reports said was a fair price. We got to this price point rapidly without the tiresome back and forth negotiation process I've experienced at other dealerships over the years. Ford rebates definitely played a role in getting me to buy the truck. My only complaint with the sales experience was the length of time it took for the whole transaction. I arrived at Northside Ford at 11:00 a.m. and didn't get home until around 7:00 p.m. Part of the delay was my fault because my wife was unable to help me get home. Northside seemed unable to provide me with a second driver to get the new vehicle and my vehicle home in a timely manner. Part of the delay was due to internal lag time in communication between the sales and service departments in the dealership organization while working through the technical aspects of towing the F-150. Overall, I rate Northside Ford and their sales staff highly. Ron Sutton was friendly, respectful and attentive throughout. I'll be back for any future vehicle needs. More

I drove all the Dear Owner of Northside Ford I just want you to know that I am very very very disappointed in my recent visit to your dealership! I drove all the way from Kerrville to look at a CERTIFIED pre owned ford expedition. I'm told before I get there that it was a one time owner who traded it in with y'all. Looking at the carfax, it was not a trade in with y'all, but instead was bought at an auction (don't lie to me!!!)! I walk out to find a vehicle with pin striping peeling off, a chip right in front of the driverside window, a blatent hole in a back seat, and back bumper cracked where it had backed into something. But Darin said, "Oh don't worry we will get that all fixed! It won't cost but $200 to fix all that!" (yeah right). But it handled ok on the drive and engine seamed ok (of course I'm very very leary at this point of the vehicle and salesman!). So my wife and I go in to see what can be done with our trade in. Well, y'all would only give me like 8.5k (i'm rounding on all the numbers you are about to see, you will have to look in my file to see the accurate numbers because the salesman wouldn't give me any paper work when I left..keep reading) and I owed 10,900. so I'm upside down around 2k. Well the vehicle is already (in its not perfect condition) over 2k above bluebook and I'm upside down 2k so supposedly your bank would not lend me the money. Ok, i can see that....So Darin suddenly says, "wait here and I'll see what I can do!" So we wait around while he goes talk to someone and comes back and says..." here is what we are gonna do...we are gonna pay off your car, but you are gonna buy that expedition as is and we are not gonna fix anything. (TO WHOVER IS READING THIS NOW REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS) Your payments are gonna be 425-435 per month at a 7.9 interest rate for 60 months." Now he showed me and my wife at this time in PRINT the total, after car pay off and price of new vehicle with taxes and EVERYTHING came out to right under 18k. I went over all the numbers and he said "All you are paying is this (pointing to the total which again was right under 18k). So my wife and I stepped outside to talk it over. First thing I do is call my mom who was by a computer and told her to go to daveramsey.com and pull up a payment calculator and put in 18k at 7.9 interest for 60 months. Payments came out to $364.11!!!!! hmmmm he said 425-435???? Ok mom...put in 20k at 7.9 for 60 months...$404.57!!!! hmm still less than 425-435??? So we go back in to Darin. I said, "I can't justify buying this vehicle in it's current state." So Darin says, "I'm going out of my way to help you and this is all I can do." So I asked him again what the payments, interest rate and payoff time was for this purchase. I also asked him once again what the TOTAL was that I was paying after tax title license... He states, "425-435 at 7.9 and for 60 months and total was 18k (again...i'm rounding)." "Ok...so why when I put this into a payment calculator on daveramsey.com at 18k for 7.9 interest rate at 60 months, the total comes out to $364.11?" I also went over the totals for 20k with him as you read above. He was speechless! At this point, he throws up his hands and says, well...umm...ummm. I guess I'll have to go over these numbers tomorrow and get back with you. Any good saleman knows that you don't send a customer away empty handed because the chance of closing the sale at that point has drastically decreased! I asked for a copy, but he said he had to hold on to them to go over but if I wanted to go see what my bank would do for a loan he could fax it to them? At this point, I had it with this guy and dealership!!!! It has been 4 days since all of this happened. And I have still yet to hear from Darin! Thanks Darin for running off a customer that had you been honest from the beginning, might have bought from you!!! I hope that you have better salesmen than this on your team, cause if this is your best guy....... Thanks for your time, Randy Stein More
After purchasing a used BMW from a non-company dealer, I found myself with a really bad deal and really angry. I first went to Northside to look at a Mustang, but settled for the Ford Escape because I really needed something with a lot of cargo space. Curtis was incredibly helpful and really honest with me, much more so than the used dealer I worked with before. I have had the Escape for only a few days but have absolutely no complaints about the vehicle. My experience with Northside was very good, and they were actually able to get me a better deal on my car than I had expected, with some extras I hadn't thought of myself. I really like this dealership, and they have checked up on me since I bought the vehicle, which is really nice. I would recommend this dealership to someone else looking for a Ford. More

He was very friendly and greeted me immediately upon my arrival. After I made my decision on the purchase I was going to make, he accepted my offer and immediately went to get me financed. In no time, and I mean that literally, I was approved and I was headed out the door with my truck. I could not believe how fast everything went and am glad that no time of mine was wasted. Great job Northside Ford! I will definitely shop there again and recommend this establishment very highly. More

After locating the vehicle I was interested in on the dealership's website, I sent them an email requesting a price for the vehicle. Since I was buying from out of state I flew into San Antonio, caught a ride to my hotel on the hotel shuttle and the sales person picked me up the next morning an drove me to the dealership. Couldn't have been easier. The dealership is only a couple of miles from the airport and they would have picked me up directly from the airport if I hade arrived during business hours. The sales price was right around invoice. The only thing to be aware of is that the dealership adds a $50.00 document fee and a $74.06 dealer's inventory tax fee to the price we negotiated. Since these fees do nothing more than add to the dealers bottom line and are not really government fees it was a small disappointment in an otherwise very pleasant experience. Overall I would recommend contacting sales person Vivian Aguon at Northside Ford for a great deal and a low hassle purchase of a new Ford and I would buy from her again. More
