This is the best car buying experience I ever had. When I arrived at Northside Ford the car I requested to see was ready and in excellent condition. I was able to purchase a car with more features: bigger engine, more HP, automatic transmision,and keyless entry than the competition that I shopped both in person and online. The negotiation was friendly but not pushy. When I told Danny I needed to transfer my Disabled Veteran's plates to the new car, his staff had the printed forms ready for me at signing. He guided me thru the process to sell my current vehicle to my wife's co-worker ensuring everything was done properly. At the final signing there was no pressure for us to purchase ad-ons. When we accepted the vehicle it was spotless with a full tank of gas. Danny explained all of the features and controls to me and my wife. The dealership was clean and well stocked with an exceptional variety of vehicles. Even though the dealership covers a lot of ground Danny knew where his vehicles were located. No hunting and guessing to find them. When we contacted Danny on Friday my wife and I did not expect to purchase a vehicle that night.
