Northside Ford is what a dealer should be. The sales folks are helpful but not pushy. They are friendly and professional. I just bought my third vehicle from there. I took my F150 in for an oil change and the service was great. I was in and out faster than the estimated time to wait. Friendly and always willing to assist. This visit was simply to quicklane for an oil change. First come, first serve. The only reason not maxed out at 5 is because of the wait. 2+ hours. Received a recall notice on our F150 & set up an appointment. Two days prior they called as asked if we would like to change it to an home appointment. Heck Yea! Worked with salesman on buying a car 3 months ago at Northside Ford - had all the details worked out-had a long drive to get to the dealership/ came in ready to buy- check in hand- - last minute look fo Northside Ford - had all the details worked out-had a long drive to get to the dealership/ came in ready to buy- check in hand- - last minute look found the car didn’t have a 360-camera-which was the first thing I had said that I wanted- was told I should have noticed the fine print that this particular vehicle didn’t have it , but apologies accepted, etc- salesman keep in contact looking for what I wanted - which I was impressed with- talked with him& found another car last night - drove 1 hour & 45 minutes to get there today / loved the vehicle - check in hand again ready to buy again/ then suddenly there were “ add ons” to the price that I had been quoted and seen on paper-was told I should have known about them . of course drove the cost up from the quoted price - I was stunned that I had not been informed about them , when I protested- was told that that was the final price they would not review costs again or discuss it with me ., and that I should have known about the add ons- I took my check with me again, and left . There were no other customers in there when I was there. I still have my check ready to spend , but never at Northside Ford. More
