Went in after inquiring on the website about a truck. Got there and test drove truck I was interested in, was told you have to buy Nortside Chevrolet Protection package at a very high price, still had them w there and test drove truck I was interested in, was told you have to buy Nortside Chevrolet Protection package at a very high price, still had them work up a deal that I agreed to. Salesman Cristal took truck to get washed and thts where they switched trucks. The one I test drove had power running boards and no dents, the one I Got without getting a walk around has a dent in the front bumper and no power running boards. Called next day left message for sales manager Marcus and for Cristal. Told them about dent and the switch that was made and have not heard from either, by not calling to dispute to my claim, to me, shows guilt. So buy somewhere else because I dont want anyone else to get screwed. More

If I could give 0 stars I would! When you bring a your car to the dealership you expect the mechanic to be able to see ALL of the problems going on with your car. Not just charge $150 for a "engine diagno car to the dealership you expect the mechanic to be able to see ALL of the problems going on with your car. Not just charge $150 for a "engine diagnostic" and then plug a computer up and only look for what the computer says. I was charged TWO THOUSAND dollars for work done to my car and to get my ac fixed only for the check engine light to come back on 3 weeks later, then get charged another $150 for them to tell me it's another $1,700 to get my car back running. It makes me wonder with all of this work that needs to be done how none of this was caught the first time my car was there being worked on for over a week. This place seems to look for every possible way to get money out of you pocket knowing that they're only doing a portion of the work just so you can come back and spend more money with them. This dealership and their mechanics steal hard working peoples money and a complaint WILL be filed with the attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau More
I am not upset about having to pay MSRP, the vehicle I wanted was pretty specific and inventory is low right now so they had no reason to negotiate with me. I do have other issues, first of which the $250 wanted was pretty specific and inventory is low right now so they had no reason to negotiate with me. I do have other issues, first of which the $2500 additional price that was not reflected on the website and was tacked on after I had already driven 90 miles to the dealership. Some parts of that dealer fee were useful like the door guards and window tint but it was still WAY overpriced and most of it was BS like the "Paint protection plan". I could have had the tint and door guards done for $500 and it was sneaky how it was slipped on when I sat down to sign. My second issue is that it is like pulling teeth getting service after the sale. I can understand people being busy but it shouldn't take over a month of me nagging every few days to resolve a few small issues. There was an option on my window sticker that wasn't on my vehicle and I still have yet to be refunded the difference. It is very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. If this had been a positive experience I would have absolutely considered making the 90 mile trip for future purchases but there is zero chance of that now. More
BUYER BEWARE....Bad experience with this game playing dealership. Came in with my own financing. Also knew exactly what I wanted. Didn’t have the car when I got there I had asked about minutes before. Bu dealership. Came in with my own financing. Also knew exactly what I wanted. Didn’t have the car when I got there I had asked about minutes before. But had another car that fit my needs. Then said it had a dealer warranty package installed on it that was 2500$ but had a window sticker with everything described that said it was 995$ For the warranty package... but car was still going to come out cheaper than other dealer. Then after waiting 45 minutes finance manager was trying to pressure me into financing with them at a higher rate said we can’t sell the car at this price if you don’t finance with us. I said the other dealer only wants 300$ more I’ll go there. went to my car and salesman ran out and said GM would do it for that price. So I went back in and waited an hour. Told them cancel everything I’m going to the other dealer and had no problem paying more because of the games they played. I went to other dealer and they had me out in under an hour. Should have been a very easy sale as all we had to do was agree on price and sign paperwork. Very fraudulent practices.... If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m also the type that you take care of the customer I’ll be a customer for life. Super sad I had to leave dealer twice. Really wanted to buy the car but they were to busy trying to find ways to screw me over than selling the car. Just figured if I had this much problem trying to give them money it would be even harder to get them to fix anything if I had a problem. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was trying to buy a new Chevy Spark as a graduation present for my daughter. We finally agreed on a price that included a 500 dollar veteran discount. The salesman asked new Chevy Spark as a graduation present for my daughter. We finally agreed on a price that included a 500 dollar veteran discount. The salesman asked if I was a veteran and I told him I was. He asked if I was retired and I said no. I told them upfront that I was not retired and not active duty. I was a veteran of 4+ years of service. They told me no problem. We agreed on a price and everything was looking good. They ran my credit and we were preparing the financing info when the salesman came to me and told me the discount was only for retired veterans or active duty and they had to take the discount away. This took me outside of my price range and they said there was no room to budge. This was terrible customer service and so disappointing. Now understand, if they would have told me the discount was not available for a non-retired veteran there would have been no issue at all. But after I gave them factual information about my service and being told they could give me the discount they then came back and told me they couldn't offer me the discount this was a huge problem. Then they told me there was nothing more that they could do on the price of the car, this was the last straw. I walked out with no car. To me this entire event just seemed like the same old shady used car dealer tactics. Also terrible treatment of a veteran. I will not do business with them again and I would caution you to do the same. There are plenty of dealerships who are willing to treat you fairly and honestly. Go find one of those. Steer clear of these guys. More
COSUMER BEWARE!!! On 4/12/2021 we were approved for a NEW vehicle on their company website and when we went to their business location to pick up the truck... the price being presented to us was higher than vehicle on their company website and when we went to their business location to pick up the truck... the price being presented to us was higher than the original website price and the vehicles condition was used. We asked to see a new truck but they would not show us one. They procceded to say that the deal needed to be on the one they were showing us which was posted new on their website but was actually a used demo. The general manager Edward Burgess was a complete dishonest, rude, misleading individual. We were forced to keep a truck with additional damages done by the delaership, a dent on the back bumper and a tear in the headliner. Their solution was to try to upsell my husband into a higher price truck, he refused. On 4/20/2021 they took it upon themselves to run a hard pull on my credit WITHOUT my consent or without me being present. This is illegal!!! I found out because I received a notification from credit karma noifying me that my score had dropped due to another hard pull. I drove to the dealership to ask why they ran my credit witout my consent the GM Edward Burgess threatened to call the police and said he had a signed appliction which is a total lie, the first run was for the truck we got stuck with not for the upsell they were trying to stick us with to keep from having to deal with additional damages they caused to the truck. This dealer earned 0 stars, thanks to Edward Burgess!! The picture attache says NEW!!! (misleading) More
