I have a friend from Brazil who brought a car from this dealership. They did not give her the contract immediately. The numbers they showed are on the screen and she signed were different from the actual p dealership. They did not give her the contract immediately. The numbers they showed are on the screen and she signed were different from the actual purchase agreement. Now she is stuck with a car payment over $700 and the car itself is underwater so she can't sell it. She didn't get the contract until 2 weeks later when it was too late to return the car. Did anyone else have this issue? We are looking for a lawyer. They are clearly taking advantage of people. More

I took my 2020 Colorado in for repairs. Even though the truck is under warranty, they refused to do the repairs. They did still charge for the diagnosis. Don't take your vehicle there. This is fraud my truck has never been to the dealership in months. I called yesterday to see why I received an invoice, I was informed It was for a Manuel. I do not know a Manuel. They could not give me an in months. I called yesterday to see why I received an invoice, I was informed It was for a Manuel. I do not know a Manuel. They could not give me an answer as to why my information was used for someone else’s truck. My truck has not needed any kind of servicing this goes on my carfax and yet it’s not my truck. This needs to get looked into. If I don’t hear anything I will be going to BBB and a lawyer. The service department is doing something n it is not right. Using others information so others can get service is completely unprofessional. More
