Yes, they're all smiles and promises during the sale, then you get ghosted! They could care less about customers once they sell you a vehicle and all the expensive products. Went in after inquiring on the website about a truck. Got there and test drove truck I was interested in, was told you have to buy Nortside Chevrolet Protection package at a very high price, still had them w there and test drove truck I was interested in, was told you have to buy Nortside Chevrolet Protection package at a very high price, still had them work up a deal that I agreed to. Salesman Cristal took truck to get washed and thts where they switched trucks. The one I test drove had power running boards and no dents, the one I Got without getting a walk around has a dent in the front bumper and no power running boards. Called next day left message for sales manager Marcus and for Cristal. Told them about dent and the switch that was made and have not heard from either, by not calling to dispute to my claim, to me, shows guilt. So buy somewhere else because I dont want anyone else to get screwed. More
