I recently purchased a new vehicle at Northside Chevrolet and I definitely recommend this dealership. The place was spotless and I was impressed with the huge inventory they had. I was very pleased with Ed Burgess, the sales manager, who made our experience with their dealership a great one. He was very helpful in taking care of our needs and for that we are extremely grateful. William Juarez, the finance manager, was also very helpful in taking care of our needs and answering all our questions. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new car! What a waste of time. Found the truck I wanted on website, accepted the dealer's specified price, had my trade evaluated, and accepted the trade offer. Checked my trade value with Carvana guaranteed website, accepted the dealer's specified price, had my trade evaluated, and accepted the trade offer. Checked my trade value with Carvana guaranteed offers, found thry werr both the same. Went to dealer then, was told they "lost" the offer they gave me. After an hour or two, they offered a much higher price on truck, much lower offer on my trade. Then, to make it worse, they told me I had to pay an additional $2500 fee for a "Protection service" i never wanted Beware, this dealer honored none of the numbers I was quoted.... More

I recently took my beloved 2010 Tahoe in for service at Northside Chevrolet. It was a little overdue for the 100K service and some maintenance that needed caught up. Worked with Garrett Johnson who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided top notch service in general. I ended up doing not only the normal dealer work but literally everything on my list I could convince them to do. I used to be an auto mechanic back in the day and have owned so many trucks in so many states it isn't funny. Garrett and the crew at Northside Chevrolet are among the best I have ever encountered in over 30 years of driving. After such amazing service I had already decided I'm not taking my Tahoe to anyone for anything unless Garrett and crew can't do it. My girlfriend has an older GMC she just picked up for her son from her daughter. We took it in to Garrett and once again were given an absolute top notch level of service, fair pricing and outstanding work done to her little SUV. If this wasn't already enough, I've been shopping around for some custom steel bumpers for my Tahoe and having a little trouble getting someone to order the ones I want and install them as I want. I want something very close to factory but steel. Garrett worked with his body shop for me and now I'm having the bumpers shipped to Garrett for installation. I can not recommend Garrett and Northside more highly. This is what going to an actual GM dealer service department is supposed to be like. More

I had a problem with Dean very rude did not seem to care about the satisfaction of his customers. Ed is totally different meets customers and helps them to have a great vehicle experience. Carl Campbell the salesperson who found the perfect vehicle for me. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, straight forward, and bent over backwards to satisfy the customer. Great new manager and team at Northside Chevrolet. Highly recommend this dealership with a large inventory. More
Your salesman kept on offering things that he could not come through with. When I called the sales manager, he is just as bad!!! Learn some respect!!! I am not the type of person to write reviews, but the service that I had received on Saturday 01/23/21 was very horrible. The salesperson we had was Cesar. He was with me for about 5-10 minutes. He told me that he was going to get his jacket from the main building and come back. He never came back... literally left me in the back by myself looking at cars with no help. I walked back to the front and there he was and looked at me straight in the eye and did nothing. I went to a Cavender Toyota and walked out with a new car. Northside Chevrolet LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Please re-evaluate customer service with this salesperson. More
Bought a vehicle recently. Sales person (JD) was awesome! However, I personally witnessed the GM Dean “berate out loud” an associate for the entire show room to see and here. He had the nerve to even argue with me when I pointed out how rude/loud he was being and how he did not need to berate the associates for at least 20 people to witness including customers and employees.
