Was told 1-2 hours max when I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation. Three hours and 49 minutes later I’m leaving the dealership. Doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident either due to the line of four people in front of me waiting to ask where their vehicles are. I will not be returning and will be advising my company fleet maintenance personal to stay as far away from this place as possible. If you value your sanity, I also recommend staying away. More

My husband and I had just parked when a friendly staff member guided us to Cecilia. Last month, we were car shopping for our son and visited several dealerships. We weren't very impressed by them; however member guided us to Cecilia. Last month, we were car shopping for our son and visited several dealerships. The Finance Manager, Hector, was also friendly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He even got us a better interest rate than from our bank!
