Was told 1-2 hours max when I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation. Three hours and 49 minutes later I’m leaving the dealership. My husband and I had just parked when a friendly staff member guided us to Cecilia. Last month, we were car shopping for our son and visited several dealerships.
