Disappointed with my experience at Northside Chevrolet. I spoke with a representative online and via text about a car I was interested in, and I was assured it would be ready when I arrived. The two people we dealt with for the actual purchase were nice and helpful. The other people we dealt with (manager and finance) seemed like typical car salesmen…fake and condescending. Made a online request for a test drive with ashton for a zr2 on there web site . It was placed 3 days ahead of time for the 31 we arrived no one new anything about it finally ashton came out said let me se zr2 on there web site .
