I can’t recommend Northshore Auto highly enough to anybody looking to buy a quality vehicle. Jacob and the staff there were absolutely amazing. I purchased a hellcat redeye widebody in one of the rarest color combinations made for a very reasonable price. The condition of the vehicle was amazing, exactly as described. They delivered a truly one of a kind vehicle. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Joshua was very prompt and thorough responding to my request for information as well as politely following up. However, he has represented the car I queried about as a Panamera Turbo S Executive-which request for information as well as politely following up. However, he has represented the car I queried about as a Panamera Turbo S Executive-which it is NOT. It is clearly and unequivocally a plain Turbo Executive. There is a tremendous difference between the Turbo and Turbo S in the options, performance and price-both new and used. A "non-Porsche" savvy person may not be able to differentiate the models however. I was completely turned off by this misrepresentation and hope it was not purposeful. More

Purchased a 2020 BMW X3M Competition on Aug. 14, 2023. Drove home and very next Day had issues with a service light coming on, I contacted Joshua White the salesman and his answer was less tha 14, 2023. Drove home and very next Day had issues with a service light coming on, I contacted Joshua White the salesman and his answer was less than professional. Needless to say that I was very upset with this Dealership. Well , some time later I get a phone call from Rob and Samuel owners of the Dealership, they had just heard about my experience and the problems I was having, they were not aware of the problem because the salesman never told them. They were very apologetic and asked how they could help to make everything better. Sam has called almost every day checking on the status of the car and gone out of their way to help me. I am very impressed with their response and with the way they are handling the situation. Very professional, I for one WILL DO business again with them. And as for the salesman, well, he NO longer works there and that is a very good thing !! More

Took a chance and purchased my 2022 Jeep Gladiator without touching it from Northshore which is an eight hour drive from my home.
