Two days ago, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 Prius. From start to finish, the process was smooth and enjoyable. George and Paul were very friendly and informative and worked hard to get me the best price with the features I needed. They even stayed 3 hours past closing time to be sure I felt comfortable and informed! Mike was just as friendly, helpful, and easy to work with in the financing department. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. Since I added a few features, I new to expect a call from Edith in the service department, but I didn't realize she would call the very next morning to get me all set up to bring the car in as soon as possible, so I could enjoy driving my car well before Christmas. I have found Northridge Toyota to be very honest. I requested new brakes on my Avalon while buying some new tires. The mechanic called me and told me that I didn't need new brakes and that I had plenty requested new brakes on my Avalon while buying some new tires. I was surprised because an independent Toyota mechanic had told me several months earlier that my brakes were almost gone.
